We ship out cases on the 15th and the 30th of every month. So if you have subscribed to your plan before the 15th of June, your case will be shipped by the 15th of June, and you will get delivery between 10-15 days after it is shipped. We provide free worldwide shipping for all plans! You don’t have to worry about the shipping costs! We ship to almost every country on the planet. If our shipper does not ship to your country, we shall let you know about it and shall refund you your payment. As mentioned above, the cut-off date for every month is the 15th (23:59 hours GMT of the 14th) and the 30th (23:59 hours GMT of the 29th) of every month. So if you bought your plan before the 15th, we would ship it on the 15th of the that month. For example, if you bought your plan on the 29th of May, your case will be shipped on the 30th of May, and you will get delivery between 10-15 days after it is shipped. But if you bought your plan on the 30th of May, your case will be shipped on the 15th of July, and you will get your delivery in 10-15 days after it’s shipped. Log in to your account and click the ‘edit’ button to make changes to your address. It shall be updated in our records subsequently. All plans renew automatically, and you will be billed on the same date that you purchased your plan on, every month. In case you wish to cancel, you can either log in to your account and hit the ‘cancel’ button, and it shall be cancelled without any fees or hassles. The other option is to send us an email via the ‘Contact Us’ form and inform us that you wish to cancel your subscription. Please mention the email you used to subscribe your plan with, and your first and last names for us to be able to process your cancellation correctly. If you have paid for the current month, your order shall be processed and shipped out. Cancelling the plan shall cancel all future charges and deliveries. No, we do not offer refunds. If you have any multi-month subscription you will pay upfront for the whole subscription on the first month of your order. Absolutely! You can buy as many memberships as you like. All you have to do is add multiple plans to your cart during checkout and complete your order accordingly. If you have multiple plans being shipped to the same address, then we shall send multiple cases in one shipment and use the same label.
Please note that any cancellation not done before the billing date shall lead to the charge being made on your credit card, and the case being shipped out to you.
